Dual Team Affiliate
The Dual Team Pay Plan is an Optional commission stream for the career minded individual who is looking for an opportunity to work with other like minded Individuals in a group atomosphere with a goal to obtain financial freedom.
As a Dual Team Affiliate will share the Karatbars product line with customers and other career minded individuals. Karatbars will pay a handsome commission for all referrals who choose to purchase product using your affiliate link. There are no requirements placed on the affiliate to sponsor other affiliates nor are you required to purchase gold yourself in order to earn commmissions.
Commissions earned will be archived in your personal back office website of Karatbars International. You will be required to monitor your earnings and adhere to all tax laws and agencies where you reside. You will be considered an Independent Contractor and not an employee of Karatbars International. Karatbars International is a German based company. They do not have access to tax forms for reporting outside of Germany. You are solely responsible for reporting of any income earned.

The Dual Team Plan offers a lucrative Direct Referral Bonus as well as an opportunity to build residual income.
The Dual Team Pay Plan opens the door to earning from Seven different pay streams within the Karatbars Compensation Plan.
In order to participate in the Dual Team Pay Plan, the individual must acquire a Business Package. The Business Package is
designed to provide you with many tools which will allow you to share the Karatbars product line in a professional manner to your customers and assoicates. ( see contents of each business package below) Business Packages may be earned thru the sale of Karatbars 3D products or purchased if desired.
Those individuals who choose to participate in the Dual Team System, will receive all earnings from the Level 1 Uni Level Pay Plan plus the following.

Dual Team Pay Plan offers direct sales commissions along with the benefit of added residual bonuses.
The Dual Team Pay Plan offers a direct commission to those you personally refer to Karatbars International as a Dual Team affiliate.
The Dual Team Plan should consist of 2 sales teams. You will manage a right team and a left team. As your organization grows and your referrals refer others and duplication begins, you will earn not only your personal direct commission but also Units from all products sold throughout your organization.
Units are based on the profit margin of all products Karatbars International provides. Each product Karatbars offers has a unit value attached to it based on the profit margin.
You will earn Team Unit Payouts when one team reaches 50 units and the other team reaches 25 units. Team Unit Payouts are determined by the Business Package you start with. You may upgrade to any business package when you choose.
