The Uni Level Pay Plan is our Level One Affiliate Plan
You can simply enroll as a Level 1 affiliate and share the Karatbars product line with those whom you choose. Karatbars will pay a handsome commission for all referrals who choose to purchase product using your affiliate link. There are no requirements placed on the affiliate to sponsor other affiliates nor are you required to purchase gold yourself in order to earn commmissions.
Commissions earned will be archived in your personal back office of Karatbars International. You will be required to monitor your earnings and adhere to all tax laws and agencies where you reside. You will be considered an Independent Contractor and not an employee of Karatbars International. Karatbars International is a German based company. They do not have access to tax forms for reporting outside of Germany. You are solely responsible for reporting of any income earned.

As seen in the .charts below, you will earn commission based on the volume of sales that are sold through your organization.
Direct Commission:
The Uni Level system is a "Points" system.
Every 2 euro spent in your organization is equal to 1 point. (ex: 100 euro = 50 pts)
Your rank is determined by the points you achieve at the end of each fiscal month.
Calculations to determine rank are made on the 11th of each month which ends the Uni Level fiscal month.
The total points that you and your personal organization produce by the 11th of the month will determine your rank.
You will earn the corresponding percentage on your personal referrals gold purchases.
Director Ranks

Bronze Director must have at least 2 lines.

One line must generate 4000 points (8000 Euros turnover)

All other line(s) must produce 2000 points combined. (4000 Euros turnover).

Silver Director must have at least 3 lines

One line must produce 6000 points

2nd line must produce 3000 points

All remaining lines must produce 2000 points

Organization must produce 100 transactions within a fiscal month

Gold Director must have at least 3 lines

One line must produce 9000 points

2nd line must produce 4000 points

All other lines must produce a combined 3000 points

Organization must produce 200 transactions within the fiscal month.

Gold Director Elite you need at least 3 lines.

One line must generate at least 9000 points

2nd line must produce at least 4000 points,

All other lines must produce at least 3000 points in a fiscal month.

Your entire organization must produce 300 transactions within the fiscal month.

You must have at least one qualified Gold Director in your organization.
**** Fiscal month runs from the 11th to the 11th of the following month
Differential Commission:
You will receive differential commission as long as you remain 1 rank ahead of others in your organization.
For example: Your rank on the 11th is now a Gold Manager, the next highest rank in your organization is a
Silver manager, you will receive .5% differential commission on your entire organization.
In the event you are a Gold manager and another team member obtains the same rank, there is no differential
commission to be paid out.
Generation Bonus
If you have a Gold Director Elite in one line in your organization, you will receive 5.75% commission on your personal referrals.
and a differential commission of 0.25% on all sales from the organization within the line of the ranking Gold Director Elite.
If you have a second Gold Director Elite in the same line, you will earn 5.90% direct commission on your personal referrals gold purchases and a differential income of 0.15% on the total sales from the line which has 2 Gold Director Elites.
If you have a third Gold Director Elite in the same line, you will earn 6.0% direct commission on your personal referrals gold purchases and a differential income of 0.1% on the total sales from the line which has 3 Gold Director Elites.
